All items offered in the online store are produced to order and are not stocked as decorated items. This means that only after you place an order we will then produce the items and ship them to you. Because this is not a standard retail shop with stock to pull from, production and delivery of your order is not immediate and will vary depending on the items ordered.
Stock is not guaranteed and alternative items may be required if at the time of ordering there is low stock for any of the items offered in the online store. If this is required we will contact you.
Images of decorated products on this website are virtual, digital representations of the final product. These are only approximations of the final, decorated product. Actual decoration may vary in appearance, size and placement. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products which differ from the images shown on the website.
Due to ongoing supply chain issues, exact brands and styles of products may vary from the items shown on the website. If any sizes are out of stock at our warehouse, we may fill the order with a similar style.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the “produced to order” nature of this apparel program we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. We only accept returns for refund or exchange for manufacturing defects.
Refunds/Exchanges
To request a refund or exchange you must e-mail us at support.inroads@imagenagency.com within 7 days of receiving your order to alert us to the issue. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, in your e-mail you please include:
- Your name and the e-mail address associated with the order
- The order number for the defective item(s)
- A description of the defect
- A photo showing the defect
To complete your return we may require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
We will review the returned item(s) as quickly as possible after receiving the return shipment. Once the return has been reviewed and determined eligible for replacement or refund we will produce the replacement item or refund.
